Stuck at 3/4 on Moran Databank. Everything is 100% completed.

Summarize your bug Stuck at 3/4 databank for Moran. I have completed everything else in the game. Literally at 100% everything. Holotactics, fish, bounties, talked to everyone in the bar until they stopped talking to me. 100% databank on all planets. All tactical guide done. Bodes story done. All collectibles collected (Jedha scrolls, datadisc, fish, priorite, etc). Everything done. Idk what else to do. Im also on new game plus.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game. Complete everything. Do exactly what i said in the "summarize the bug" Be stuck at Moran 3/4.
What happens when the bug occurs? Moran just want talk to me so i can get the last 3/4 of his character entry. Or do i have to go to a location that isnt shown on map?
What do you expect to see? If it is a bug I would just like it to be fixed. All last week i was stuck on the caij 14/16 bug now this.
Nothing more to add really just stuck at the last missing part for moran. Is there some missing rumor or something? idk noone talks to me in bar anymore. Idk what to do.
