Stuck! Can you Reset the Chamber of Reason?

Product: STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor
Platform:PlayStation 5
Summarize your bug Is there a way to reset the puzzle? The second ball I need for the switch that is in the locked room, keeps respawning on the wrong platform making it impossible to progress. I've respawned and nothing changes. Is there a way to reset? I also can't find a way to restart from an earlier save point, as some people are sayjng you can do. I really don't want to start again and put in the hours again. Will there be a fix for this?
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I completed most of the puzzle in the chamber of reason until I got stuck, so I left the chamber to go to a save point. Next night went on youtube to figure out the last puzzle, only to find that I cannot do it now because of where the balls have respawned.
What happens when the bug occurs? can't progress in the game
What do you expect to see? a fix? an update that respawns the ball in the correct spot or that resets the puzzle completely

    @CHUNGA82  There are two approaches I can suggest from here.  I'll put them in spoilers just in case someone else finds this and wants to work on the problem on their own.

    Option 1:

    Spoiler
    Hit the switch on the wall near Cal so the bridge close to him, which is currently leading to the exit, takes him back towards the chest.  Cross that bridge, grab the ball, and toss it into the opening where the chest is.  It's a manageable throw: the ball will bank off the wall and settle in the cradle.  Go into the back, where the gate blocking the chest is now open.  Open the chest, back Cal up so he's outside the gate, and grab the ball from there.  Then reverse the initial backtracking and send Cal to the exit.

    Option 2:

    Spoiler

    Hit the switch on the wall near Cal so the bridge close to him, which is currently leading to the exit, takes him back towards the chest.  Cross that bridge, grab the ball, and place it in the cradle on the lift.  Cross over to the other side of the third level, past the crate, and walk around, then jump down to the second level.  Flip the switch so the ball is closer to the wall leading up to the third level.  This is the bridge that keeps vanishing.  Cal can wall-run and turn left and then wall-jump back to the third level.

    From there, he can loop around to the left again so he's standing on the edge overlooking the second level.  From there, he should be able to grab the ball that's on that second level and bring it back around to the bridge, where he can then toss the ball into the opening

    Take your pick.  I tried both when I played this area, and both worked.

    Hi I saw that you helped one out can you maybe help me as well?

    I also got stuck in that room sadly and can't reset it.

    I don't think you can solve it somehow but maybe you have an idea. 

    I have one ball in the frist one and then the second ball in the third option but no ball in the second one so I can't get to where I am supposed to go

    Thanx for responding! So I've solved most of the puzzle and all I have to do is throw the second ball threw the hole in the wall to unlock the gate you see in the first photo. In the second photo I need to pull the second ball from where the yellow marking is but the ball has respawned on the other side of the wall where the white marking is. I've attenpted to throw the ball over and you cannot make the distance and you cannot take the ball through the crack in the wall. I really dont want to restart so any help would be great. Thanx again.

    @CHUNGA82  No, there's no way to reset the chamber.  Where are the two balls now?  Please post screenshots, and I'll walk you through what you need to do.
