stuck on jedha after update

I got respawned in an area where i seem to learn some new trick, dash or something, by jumping and pushing B button on the controller, i jump over a gap then end up behind a closed door with nothing else to do...i'm stuck in this area i can't seem to be able to get out. I found the issue also on Reddit https://www.reddit.com/r/StarWarsJediSurvivor/comments/1fgcxy4/stuck_in_jedha_after_learning_dash/ so others have encountered it too, right after the update.

    THANK YOU EA FOR IGNORING ME COMPLETLY! ...I will never buy a game from you EVER AGAIN! One can always find them on torrents...why support such companies when they show NO SUPPORT?!

    I had the exact same issue and already reported it. I haven't heard anything either so I'm honestly just waiting to see if the next update will fix it. Sucks but I'm forced to play other games right now for the time being.

    @Todish1987 this is truly embarrassing. it's not that they can't fix it, it's that they don't care enough to at the moment. Like they can't simply fix one door.

    Any updates on this from EA? I've looked at the thread on reddit and can't get the glitches to work in my favor. So I'm stuck here for now. Help!
