I bought the Deluxe Edition of Jedi Survivor for PS5 from amazon but am not able to redeem the deluxe bonus code on the child account of my son (he is younger than 16, but the game is enabled for him). Isn‘t that possible? Or must I redeem it on my account and the bonus is accessible via the family group? Or is there a general problem?

Hi all,
Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with purchases that have not been made via us (EA app). For support for purchases that have been made via a 3rd party, like Amazon, you get to get in touch with the retailer where you've bought the item for any assistance.

Amazon says they can’t help with codes and we need to get in touch with Electronic Arts. That’s impossible though. I can’t get in touch with anyone through the phone or chat. The website keeps shuffling me to other areas with no help. Im having the same problem. What can I do?
