5.5.1 Patch Killing Me

I've done all the fixes I could find over the last 48 hours. Finally broke down to try and reinstall and now its stuck at 0%!!! What the F broooo.... Just paid to subscribe again and I feel like I might as well have just lit my money of fire instead. At least I would have been entertained for a bit. Please tell me something I haven't tried someone......
