60 day subscription not showing up

Hello there!

I purchased a 60 day subscription via Steam and it never showed up.

I'm asking here first because none of the solutions from other threads worked so far, and I'm not sure which customer support to contact: EA, SWtOR or Steam.

The details surrounding the accounts being linked:

  • SWtOR and Steam have been linked for years
  • My EA account is running under the same E-mail as my SWtOR account
  • My EA account and Steam had not yet been connected, I did that 30 minutes ago
  • All three accounts now use the same E-Mail

When I check my purchase history on my EA-Account, it says no purchases made. When I try to check it on my SWtOR account, I get this error message:

"There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support) for further assistance."

The link itself isn't helpful as it only directs me to the entrance to this forum. When I access my EA-Account, I am not told about any issue.

However: I believe that whatever EA-Account my SWtOR account thinks it is connected to no longer exists. I used to have a dedicated gaming E-Mail which I gave up and deleted 5 years ago. Under that E-Mail I had created an Origin-Account back then, through which I had played SWtOR (on my Account) maybe one or two times. That Origin-Account/EA-Account has been lost to time, and since the E-Mail I created it with no longer exists I can't access it by changing the passwort. I believe that for some reason SWtOR still considers this dead account my active EA account, but since the SWtOR website doesn't actually show me which EA account I'm connected to, I just don't know

So what do I do?
