    @Dsh1n 

    Support said your account is active now so any future purchases will work as intended, they have refunded the purchase made whilst the account purchasing was disabled.

    so if you repurchase now it will work ok

Hello, I've recently purchased a 60 Day subscription from the swtor website, and I have yet to receive the subscriber status. Four hours passed since the purchase and I am still Preferred. The Payment was successful but there is no change in game. Can Anyone help ?
