account recovery

Hello, could someone unlock my account? Havent played much time and cant log in, I have acces to email and when Im trying to log in it says I will recive email with futher instructions and this email...

    Hi @Coterson ,

    You would need to contact CS to see if they can help in this case. We don't have access to your account information via the forum and for security reasons, you would need to call them.

    You can use Skype or another VoIP service if you need to make an international call and are worried about the cost!

@EA_Chimere HI, i don't know how old this post is but i have similar problems.
I was trying to play, after a really long time, SW the old republic, I recovered my Display name, my password (i supose it is the same as this account) but it seems that I placed a security Key, and i can't remember it.
It is asked even for loggin in in the SWotor official webpage, but it's help derived me here. i would like to know if i can do something here to recover my SWotor account.

you will have to contact them appartley i tried but they wont answer and did a ticket still no so idk what to tell you. however i do have the same problem and also i cant get into the game cause keep kicking i contacted them but they dont care thats what ea does
