8 years agoLooks like you'll need to send in an in-game ticket to get Ashara added.
In-Game Tickets – For in-game issues, Subscribers can submit in-game tickets to our Customer Support department. Click on the “Customer Service Help Request” Main Menu option (or by pressing “Ctrl + /”) and follow the instructions on the “Request Help” tab.
If you're not a subscriber, you can send an email to support@swtor.com with your account Display Name, Character Name, and a basic description, and within about 24 hours you should have Ashara back 🙂
