Been waiting 3 days for my one-time password

I'd like to be a subscriber. Can anyone help me out? The guide for customer service said to come here since I'm not a subscriber. I can't be a subscriber since I can't logon. Ironically I get the ema...

Yeah I have all my email addresses roll into a master in gapps. checked spam on all of the individual ones + master. Ill give them a call thanks didn't know I could.
