Do they have certain location? In The Tomb only? Respawn time?

And I strongly recommend making a little noise on the Fleet and Belsavis about it,
often there are otheres searching, active or not, or people who have one or two still lying around.
I ask around almost a week, and no one answers. But at last I found 3 pieces last day and final piece today.
