ok not sure what was uploaded however the required infos are missing .
So they need the steam id and the purchase history and username must be visible . so if you can upload them via the same ticket and send them an email by replying to the previous email to let them know .

I have the same problem, idk if it would be too much to ask if you could see if my emails are arriving... I had a ticket opened but nothing has been resolved... it has been days now lol. My username is Vonestoner.
