My problem is that i already updated my video card driver and i still have the c7 error message when i want to launch the game.
I have my DxDiag attached, could you please help me? Thanks in advance!
Right mouse click on the game shortcut and select properties , go the compatability tab and tick disable desktop composition then click ok

reinstall both the intel video driver and then the nvidia video driver and see if it persists
Hi I did reinstall the Graphics Card driver and it worked till I shutdown my system and started back up again.

your system relies on the intel driver so worth updating for win 10 compatibility.
now the nvidia 860m drivers can be shitty at times and looking at the dxdiag it looks borked
there is a hot fix driver at https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5158 , either try the hotfix or revert to a previous nvidia version and see if the issue remains
Thanks for the help so far but I'm feel like throwing this out the window, Intel is telling me the drivers are up to date and I have uninstalled the Nvidia and reinstalled and it works but after a reboot then I get the C7 error message.
try using DDU https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html or uninstall the present 2017 intel driver and then use the new intel driver , it certainly lists for your cpu
