Camera rotation speed problem.

After one of the previous patches, they made the camera rotation speed setting not as freely adjustable. The only values you can enter are 0 (too slow for me), 26% (way too fast). 52% etc. I tried modifying it from the notepad but even though it changes and the file gets saved, it makes no difference whatsoever in game. Any help would be much appreciated.
