Can not purchase Subscription on SWOTR account due to problem with EA account

Can I get an explanation as yo why i keep getting this message? There is an issue with your EA account which will prevent SWOTR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support for further ...

    @Doubt_Mel 

    Support confirmed you have an ea ticket via phone in the queue for the steam purchase, that purchase they can still add the game time manually.

    missed that ticket was there when previously checked. 

    what i said prior is still correct though

    Your account has been sent to studio for fixing ( there is no timeframe ) 

    to subscribe for now, it has to be via steam, if the accounts are not linked correctly though that sub will fail to apply and need to be sorted manually

I have the same problem, and i tried to subscride via steam and i paid, i had the comfirmed email purchase and that not aplly in game, it's not working...

There is an issue with your EA account which will prevent SWOTR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support for further assistance.

    @asey382 

    You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has a generated persona (not asey382 your posting on now) that EA account uses a wp.pl email (email is different to swtor) 

    use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword  then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

    for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

    when i checked support did not have an email from the swtor account email for the steam purchase, however the above needs to be done before they can add gametime
