Cannot launch game, AppId is not configured
I've just installed the whole SWTOR game, but when i launch from the installer i get a popup from SKIDROW saying 'AppId is not configured'. How do i start the game?

I'm not familiar with this error or found any information on the forums or google in general. Other then disabling the Skidrow Bit Torrent or removing it altogether and seeing how it changes is the only thing I can suggest.
Also try running the repair utility as per here. I would also run ccleaner to fix any registry errors.
