Cannot not enter Any promo codes

I have been away from SWTOR and re-activated my account.  I had to re-name my character and everything seams fine..  However when going to Code Redemption | Star Wars: The Old Republic (swtor.com),  ...

    Account is ok , if you still see that error try incognito mode with chrome or delete the browser cache and cookies

Swtor account displayname ?  plus anyone can call with an account issue
