Coming back to the game after some time, changed passwords as people have suggested, have matching emails to both EA and the SWTOR accounts and nothing it still blocks any attempt at making a purchase by saying "There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support"
Seeing as EA support is non-existant how do I fix this?

using the same email does not create a linkage, both accounts were created using the email address used to create the swtor account, now these accounts can use different emails and passwords and be managed seperately
I also cannot purchase a subscription via my SWTOR account.

Me too, I've tried the different forum suggestions but nothing has worked for me. I can't get a subscription to log a ticket. There is no online or ingame help I can get and calling an international number for help aint gonna happen.
Any help out there or is it just going to be a "no more SWTOR for you" situation?

ok swtor support found a swtor account and the linked ea account is banned that account has the persona 13b2483d80eda621 and uses a "different" gmail to what is now used on the swtor account ( it is not the ea account your posting on now)

I'm really not someone to get banned so I'm really confused to what it could be. I've sent them an email as a last attempt. No idea if I had been hacked or something and I was just a bit nostalgic to play again. At this age I have no drive to sit with this much effort but still would like to thank you for responding to me. Hope you get paid for this 🙂

Attempting returning player used to be subbed before I took a break
flagged to check the account with swtor support, response will be in about 10 hrs when support are online for the day
