The in-game ticket option can take a while, took just under 2 weeks for me to get a reply from them saying they would move my character off the guild ship which was pointless as I'd already been sorted out by ringing them up. They moved my character off the guild ship while I was still on the phone so by the end of the call I was on fleet running around. One thing to keep in mind is that some of the support staff will insist they can't help and that it's a bug with the game that requires the developers to fix it. Just call them back and hope you get another customer service agent that is not just looking for the fastest way to end the call. I was lucky and got someone who clearly knew what they were doing, thanks again Russel 🙂
