can't access my account because i cant access my authenticator.

i cant access my account i dont have any way to access my old authenticator app cos i sold that phone and when i migrated files and apps it didnt obviously set up the authenticator on its own and i wasnt playing at the time. when trying to log in to the account it wont send me a one time password like it says it would in the support article for authenticator use which i find beyond infuriating.
