Can't buy Cartel coins

Just as the topic says, i cant buy Cartel coins using my credit card it says my account does not have the permission and ask me to contact support .

My SWTOR id is AvonThreeWinds, please enable the payment so that i can purchase the cartel coins. Thank you.

There is an error when i tried to buy the game code from amazon, it just says there is an error i forgot what error although.
But to my surprise, and my last resort is to try Steam and i linked my SWTOR account into Steam, and i bought the 5500 Cartel coins bundle through steam and it works this time lol
So just a heads up to all of you who are having problems buying from the main site of SWTOR, you should try steam, most probably it will work, but you just need to add some money into your steam wallet and buy it from the steam store.

Can you provide a screenshot of the error message your receiving? I'm not familiar with a permission error message.

Ok i have tried all possible ways, i called the support, they guided me and told me to remove all anti virus and they also told me to buy the cartel coins from Amazon, but nothing works, i cant even buy the game code from amazon lol i even tried on another computer and its the same thing.
The error i got from the official SWTOR site is this "This service is currently unavailable for this account. If you wish to purchase more cartel coins please call our Customer Service team or you can try again tomorrow."
And also i think its not only happening to me but to a lot of people as well, i google it yesterday and saw many people having same issues with me, so i guess its not my problem its bioware or EA.

What happened when you tried to purchase from amazon? They have a list of codes they get from us that they email over so if there was an issue on amazon as well, then that would not be caused by something on the swtor side.

Issues buying from amazon have absolutely nothing to do with swtor , if you want to discuss the billing issues with buying on swtor.com you are best calling swtor support when the lines are open

Ive had a simmilar issue only SWTOR is directly denying my card. money is there, its worked before a year ago. now i cant buy cartel coins directly from the SWTOR website, when my card has worked before. any ideas on why this is happening?

need the swtor username , can see if support are able to offer feedback on an open forum, maybe monday before a response though

can also call swtor support when the lines are open
