Can't install the game after 4.3

My game perfectly worked until the 4.3 patch went live. I tried to install the patch a couple hours after the servers went up again. After logging in, i immediately got the 310 Error. I couldn't even download 1%. I tried the repair option and after scanning, the launcher went back to the normal downloading page resulting in the same 310 Error as before. After trying absolutely everything mentioned on the forums (Running Launcher Repair, Flushing DNS, Using specific DNS in LAN Settings, Adding files to Anti Virus exception, Firewall exception, deleting folders like "patch" "Bitraider" etc; Safe Mode, Adding line to hosts file, Editing Launcher settings, Pausing/Starting download, Restarting router multiple times) i couldn't solve the problem. Nothing helped even a tiny bit. It resulted in the exact same 310 Error before even downloading 1% of the newest patch. Someone on the forum has already contacted the hotline support and despite all the troubleshooting guides, the recommendation was to fully uninstall the game and install it again. So since nothing worked, that is exactly what i did. Now i can't even install the game. I have literally tried installing this game for over 30 hours without any real kind of progress. I have encountered different problems. The most common problem is that the Launcher is freezing while installing Main Assets. Mostly Main Assets 234. I have tried to install the game from the start like 6 times. I have fully removed all files via multiple programs. I couldn't get one of the installs to work. Despite the freezing (Launcher lets me click on the menu icon in the top right and everything but the installation of the Main Assets 234 stop and i can't close the Launcher unless i am using the Task Manager) the Launcher keeps stopping everything saying that there is an Error and i can click on Repair. Once the scan is done, the game is trying to download between 40 or 51 files, freezing at 0% repairing or if i can repair files at all, i need to download the Main Assets 234 again resulting in the exact same problem again. I have honestly given up. Never had i ever this much trouble with any game. The game mostly worked until the 4.3 patch. Now it is completely impossible to install the game at all. Is there any way someone could help me in any way? I did everything i could find. I myself can't think of anything that could help me. Is there at least any way to close the account? That would probably be good if i can't play the game anymore.
