CANT JOIN A SERVER

Have been playing for more than 5 years already. This is the first time this has occurred.  I can see the servers however I can't go to the character list because I keep getting the error.  Any ide...

    will check what options there are when support are online , it may only be to email swtoraccountdisputes@bioware.com

    most common ban outside the obvious can be from participating in expoits for example

I was having the same problem.  I checked my firewall and had to set the SWTOR:Old Republic to private.  You may want to check that particular setting on your firewall.
