As far as I know you can add the standard retail code once to an account, that is what I have been told from the start
This is listed as the standard edition on origin, So it should add once to the account

What about adding the digital version of Swtor to origin?
I kind of have the same problem, however I'm lacking a retail code as I've downloaded the game from the swtor site rather than purchased it from a store.
Any help would be appreciated, although I do understand not wanting to reply to a solved thread.
EA QV TeamYou can try going here: https://www.origin.com/irl/en-us/store/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/free-to-play or searching for SWTOR on the Origin app, and then adding the Free version to your Origin games. Effectively it's just adding a shortcut to the launcher.
I'm also having trouble with this issue, has it been fixed? I got Star Wars the Old Republic about 3 years ago. I played it alot made 8 characters and dropped it for 2 years and became a preferred player. Now I have Origin recently downloaded, and I can't add Swtor to the game library, even after changing my ea account to a different email, and verifying sw first, then origin through my email I want.
Just add it as non Origin game using launcher.exe so it creates a shortcut in origin itself
