Support are sending your account to another team , they ask you dont attempt to purchase on swtor.com until they email you saying its good to try again
you can purchase on steam if you want though after linking the swtor and steam accounts
no New e-mail so i went over to steam bought 60day Sub and 3k points , no problems at al over There ,
