Can't recover account

First of I haven't played SWTOR or attempted to login since around summer of 2012. Needless to say I have forgotten and have no written down record of the password or security key (not an ideal start...

I gather the email address they provided is the one detailed here ? if so a week is about the response time as a lot are disputing banned accounts from a recent exploit.

Yeah that's it... would be good to at least get automated response acknowledging receipt of email though
