that EA account would of been created when the swtor account was created, the persona abcgcap28a45cg is a generated one , it is likely using the original email used to create the swtor account , i can say it is a gmail email on that account
i can honestly say that is not me then, i have a gmail and there nothing there from ea or anything, i dunno whats going on, i may just give up and go to another mmo
every swtor account is linked to an ea account for purchasing, per https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-account-linked
if you do not have access to the gmail email on that ea account , then call swtor support when the lines are open and they can update the email on that account
