Can't Subscribe or Use Game Time Cards - SWTOR Tickets 38554603 and 38624265

I have two support tickets (38554603 and 38624265) open, not sure why they opened a new one when the issue from September 20th, 2021 was never resolved. I have reset my SWTOR and EA account passwords...

I can see your account was sent to the studio 4 months ago , will see what has occurred since the flag 

the issue you have cannot be resolved by email or phone, it is a fix required by the studio.

    I am having the same issue. Super weird they wont take my money...i just wanna sub like wtf haha.
