Support have added the gametime
If not done so yet you need to cancel the swtor subscription in your steam account , it can be purchased again when this gametime ends
Hello I also have a similar issue. I have just recently made an EA account to subscribe to SWTOR with the exact same email to my knowledge and used a different browser to sign in with cleared cookies and everything. I would just like to know if it can be fixed thank you!

an ea account is auto created when the swtor account is created , using the same email on accounts does not create a linkage

I would also like to mention that I have linked my swtor account to steam and have purchased a subscription there a little after my first message. That is currently not registering on my account and if I need to follow the steps shown in the other answer for steam subscriptions not working I will do so. Thank you for your time.

when a swtor account is disabled for purchasing, no gametime can be added to the account , so things like steam purchases and codes also fail to add gametime

Support said the linked ea account has been disabled and its data has been wiped , you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open so they can reactivate that account for you

I'm in the same boat as most folks. I can't subscribe by adding a game time code or using a CC.
The SWTOR user is ABRaquel - I'm unsure what EA account it might be linked to.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
What's the issue for me? Also bought subscribtion in steam, got no subscriber status. Have steam account public, ea and steam are linked, ea account looks like active (have already reset password for a few times). Even steam, ea and swtor accounts are registered on the same email.

I'm afraid you'll have to call support to fix your issue. If you aren't in the aforementioned countries on the list, we suggest using Skype to avoid international calling fees.
