Cant subscribe to SWTOR

I want to subscribe again after a long pause not playing the game. When i try to get a subscription plan i get this messege:

There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support for further assistance.

Also i want to know if i can use Revolut as a payment method.
