Cartel coins not arrived

Ordered three sets of Cartel Coins yesterday (6/5) and have yet to receive any of them. I do have a ticket open in game but no response as of yet there either, has been several hours since I put it in.

    there appears to be some discrepancy between your swtor account and steam account purchases, has this steam account been used on a different swtor account or removed/re-added to that swtor account 

    support are resynching the account just to be sure, however this can take 24 hrs to fully occur , so best to check back this time tomorrow
