Chapter IV Defeat Swamp Rancor - Rancor doesnt spawn

I am a levl 62 Sith Sorc, and as the subject states I am on Chapter IV and the mission is to defeat the Swamp Rancor. When I played late one night it spawned as it should but I logged out and went to...

Tried resetting the chapter ?, you will need to leave any active instances to do this, fleet is a good place for example

    Sometimes it helps if you go to your Stronghold and back.

      I tried both of these options and neither spawns the rancor again.
