Code already used (SWTOR)

Hello

I need help about a code that I can't redeem because it was already used. Can you please tell me when was the code [removed] activated? The code doesn't work since it has been used.

I just need to know when it was activated (the day month year and at which hours) I need those information so instantgaming staff  can help me out.

    Swtor account displayname ? 

    You can email the code into support@swtor.com and also email in the purchase email showing what was purchased

    It is possible your swtor account is presently disabled for purchasing, in these cases you cannot buy a subscription on swtor.com, steam purchases will not add any gametime and codes will fail to add gametime and when inputted a 2nd time will say it has been used

    I sent an email to the support I hope I will get a date and hour of activation because it's the only code that didn't work and I just bought it.

    No account issues, so purchases on swtor.com or steam if linked, will work for example

    Your email is in the queue , they will respond once they get to your email in the queue
