Collectors key bugged

I put in my collectors edition key into my account and it refreshed the page taking me to my registered games like putting in the key had worked but now my account isn't showing any changes and i cannot speak with the NPC. My code now is also saying it's been used which when i used it previously it took it without issue... I've no idea what to do about this. I have submitted my ticket in game and have been waiting for a reply. This bug is extremely frustrating and makes me feel like I've wasted money.
