Commando's med probe GONE after 4.0a patch

At level 65, and the same problem exists.  Additionally, it's not trainable from any trainer (Hutt trainer, fleet trainer, etc.).

What spec are you, and does changing spec make any difference?

Also hi again Fisher, you seem to have a knack for encountering issues. 

Same on my level 60 Commando, spec didn't make any difference

@EA_David:  My commando is in Combat Medic spec.  Upon your request, I traveled to the fleet, respecc'ed, but there was no change.  Medical Probe is still not an ability (there's a blank space there), and it isn't trainable at any trainer.  I've attached some screenshots to make it easier for you and your team.

PS: Is there any way that you can escalate my issue stemming from a character transfer error?  I've already contacted SWTOR through in-game tickets, phone, and by email, yet no one at SWTOR has really helped me.  I've gone through all the proper channels, but I can't get anyone at SWTOR to fix the error, which should be simple (flag the transferred character for rename).

@Glaives I have no power to bump or investigate issues, but we do of course want to ensure that every ticket is handled correctly.

@EA_David, the same thing happened to my healer commando this morning, my med probe has vanished after patch 4.0a and it was there last night. I have the same blank spot in the trainer screen as @Glaives screenshot shows.

It's fine, it's only an ability that makes a spec unplayable. Now if it was a cartel market item, there would have been a hotfix already :D

My Sith assassin  is missing her force lighting ability it was there yesterday too

@rumbutter That's interesting, I just checked on an old stabled Sith Assassin and Force Lightning is present. 

As far as I could tell the Medical Probe issue affected all commandos, so this doesn't seem to be identical. 

If you check the skill list is does that have an empty slot like in the picture above?

checked my alt she still has her ability made a level 1 to make sure it unlocked at level 2 it did deleted the toon i don't need them i've gone through the abilities

 triple checking just in case it got shuffled around so i could drag back to the hotbar but nope image yesterday and today oh and checked the trainer just in case
