Companions (sith inquisitor) / Class Progression
Talos Drelik on Hoth no longer appears in my crew list as a guest, and I can't progress any further on my class quest where I have to enter the temple.

Jedi Consular, need Nadia Grell to do her stage of the story and she's not available for me. Phase keeps telling me I need her to enter and she's nowhere to be found even after the 4.0a patch this morning.
