Contact EA Support about a SWTOR Payment Issue

I live in Australia and therefore it is difficult to contact customer support. I have an issue with being unable to make payments in SWTOR, it says to contact customer support. I cannot raise a ticke...

After reading your other forum solutions I tried the original EA account, it works now!!
Thanks for all of your hard work, you are genuinely awesome. On this, do you know of any way to change what EA account my SWTOR account is linked to?

EA support lines are not able to help with swtor account issues, and swtor support doesnt have live chat unfortunately

any account issue involving discussion with money is by phone only, so you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open

Thanks for your reply! I have been looking through the forums and have seen that you are the best problem solver around for these sorts of issues.

The error I get is "There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved." I wonder if you would be able to assist, I may be logged in to the wrong EA Account (I made a new one a few years ago and use the new one for everything) and the old account may be attached to my SWTOR account. Is this something you'd be able to confirm?

Also, thank you for all the work you do! It was awesome seeing you pop up on so many forums and helping a lot people 🙂
