Seems like something that EA may potentially be required to do since the app for android is out of date, my phone tells me that the app was not designed for Android version 12 which is the latest Android version right now, this in turn causes issues as far as not being able to use the app to log in, forcing us Android smart phone users to remove our authenticator to re-add it later.

after some phone updates the app does need to be removed and re-add i have found
