You have to set up Keybinds InGame first, then bind this keys/ key combinations in the mouse settings.
I believe I have done this, trying to have some of the buttons on the mouse access the 2nd bar. Have them set up for shift+1, etc. I go and assign the button in the mouse software, open the game and nothing. Mouse works just fine outside of the game, but nothing happens when I'm playing.
