Boo boo's happen; in this case you have to open an "Ingame Ticket".
It is advised that you provide Your Server in question; Characters name, level, class, a brief description of your mistake... "blah blah sent mail to wrong person blah blah X amount of ingame credits, sent to "Name the person/character you believe you sent it and then the Date; time of when you believe this happened; remember if you say I did that at 8pm last night... they have no idea when that was because was it 8pm last night in New York?, Hong Kong? London or NZ?"
I did send a ticket and was instructed they could not help me.
