Maybe worthwhile subscribing and get access to the all the kotfe chapters, then submit a ingame ticket to get moved past these conversations.

You could try an email to support@swtor.com and explain it is the watcher 2 cinematics that you cant get past and request the move past them, however be prepared if they do not assist not being a subscriber.
