Disabled EA account that doesn't get fixed
So i started playing swtor on january of 2018, i played for a while but now i'm not being able to buy subscriptions anymore.
Before comming in here i've tried all the options i've seen on other forums this mean that i tried:
Reseting my EA account password and loging into another browser.
Changing my SWTOR email for a newly made one.
Changing my SWTOR password.
But after all my efforts when i try to buy a new subscription it still shows up as : Account details for "@disabled.ea.com"
Meaning it is disabled, and yes none of the purchase methods works.
My girlfriend started playing the same day that i did but her account it's just fine, and she was able to add her credit card to it.
Another point, i'm not able to make a phone call since i'm from Brazil and there is no specific phone number to this country. I've tried checking for support but it shows up on EA as a "Subscribers only" wich i can't be since i can't f****** subscribe to it.
It seems like my hands are pretty tied right now.
If there is no way out can i at least transfer my characters to another account? i wouldn't like to lose monts of progress becase of one error that's not my doing.
