Disabled EA account that doesn't get fixed

When the swtor account was created, a linked ea account was created using the same email address, that linkage is permanent 

changing the email on the swtor account or the password on the swtor account has no bearing on the linked ea account, as that account can use a different email and password as they are now independent of each other 

The linked ea account showing a disabled ea email address in the purchase history page says that the linked ea account was disabled and data wiped due to no usage

Whilst the original email address has been removed from the linked ea account, it can be used to restore the linked ea account by using that email to do a pssword reset on the EA account side not the swtor side

The only caveat is if that original email has been placed on a different ea account recently, in that case that email needs to be removed before being used , this is mentioned at https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/close-ea-account/#:~:text=Restoring%20deleted%20accounts&text=If%20you've%20created%20a,account%20with%20a%20password%20reset.

however if you cant resolve it, calling swtor support is best as they can see the linkage and put a new email address on that linked ea account, so you can purchase on that swtor account

So ive lost my account 4ever cuz the original email was deleted and cannot be recovered

If you dont have access to the original email, your options are to call swtor support when the lines are open, suggest voip or skype if your phone plan doesnt have free calls to the UK to keep cost down, they can restore the linked ea account by putting a new email address on that account

or create a new swtor account if wanting to subscribe
