My English is very bad, for current messages I use Google translator. What to do then? While I learn a language to the level of free communication, it will take a long time.

The best recommendation i can make is if you know someone that is able to converse on the phone in English if they make the phone call with you present they can act as an interpreter for you when the call to CS is made.
