EA account banned and overturnt, SWTOR account still banned

Hey all, 

My EA Account and swtor account were banned on the 3rd of july for literally no reason at all. I started a ticket through EA for my account and it was overturn't as i literally did nothing wrong. At the same time my swtor account was banned but i have actually no way to contact SWTOR. Im in australia. 

I cant login to my swtor account, the only options im given to contact the SWTOR team are by calling various overseas numbers, submitting a ticket in game (which i cant do), getting help from other plays on answers HQ or reporting a bug. 

Can anyone suggest how i can get my account unbanned? before it was banned i hadnt played in like 2 months. If the ban is connected to my EA account which has been over turnt then how do i get my SWTOR account overturnt too?

    Depends on the reason for the initial ban , if i was a TOS violation then the original email should of provided mailto:[edit: email address removed]   ( will try and break this email up swtoraccountdisputes @ bioware.com

    If it was due to a billing issue then calling is the only recourse, check your mobile plan lots of providers in australia have free calls to the UK and US these days, otherwise suggest voip
