Email Verification not Received FRUSTRATED
Hi, I have been locked out from my level 20 Marauder due to not having a verified email. The thing is, I've had the account since 06.04.09 and haven't changed my email since!
I have been able to receive emails for password resets and this EA Answers thing but not for my multiple requests from the character select screen.
This is incredibly frustrating as I have spent tons of money and hours on this game and I can't even play.
Ahaa, a very early account signup! With an account that old, it's common to experience the re-verification issue you're facing now. Back when you created your account, the validation check didn't exist, and when we switched to the F2P model years ago, some accounts ended up with accounts that needed to be validated with an email address, even though they already had one.
The workaround is to use a different email address, one that's not in use on SWTOR or EA (or if you use GMail, just switch to @googlemail.com instead.), and after it's verified, you can switch back.
