EUAL AGREEMENT keeps popping up every time i log in

Had this account for some time now i linked it to steam via a tech suggestion since the launcher was giving issues now i did a verify files on steam since i was having GRAPHICAL issues in game as in ...

this is a known issue with new steam installs 

only known workaround is to use the standalone launcher, accept the eula and then stop the install, copy the eula.settings file to the steam swtor files Steam\steamapps\common\Star Wars - The Old Republic, delete the standalone partial install
