Forcing manual shutdown.

Got this annoying bug whenever i quit SWTOR i get a black screen and i am unable to do anything, bring up task manager nope, bring anything up on screen nope. So im forced to manually shutdown which i think does damage to your computer im not sure ?

But this did'nt happen before, i've been fiddling with the windowed/fullscreen settings a bit changing my fps to 60 on a 144hz monitor which has helped me to enjoy the game further, and i can still play normally with a tiny hick up bugs lying around...But it's really frustrating when i just want to pop out of game and look in my mail or quit to do something else.

So.... Is there any way i can keep the 60 hz -144hz ratio while in game and not have this black out screen when i quit or CTRL<ALT <DELETE out of game ?

That should be governed by the video driver in my view, black screen of that nature is usually the video driver as well.

initially I gather you have tried 75hz etc , likely an issue going from 60Hz back to 144 Hz

Historically switching 60 to 144 can cause blackscreens (not talking about just swtor)
