Freeze loading in to Alderaan and Tatooine
Hello, When logging with an avatar placed on Alderaan or Tatooine, or travel to the same planets, loading is extremely slow and seem to freeze in process often resulting in full system crash (BSoD)....

Dxidag suggests issues with the video card,with bccodes 116 and 141, hopefully just drivers
Going through the dxdiag , there is a few housekeeping things
- newer bios for your laptop that addresses system stability at this link
- The intel driver is from 2016 and latest 2019 is at this link
- The newest nvidia driver is at this link
for the game you can also run a game repair per this link
then go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\BioWare\Star Wars-The Old Republic\swtor and delete just the file called diskcachearena with the game closed, a fresh one will autocreate on the next game launch
