I am having a bit of bother at the moment. When I log into the game the all goes well, on clicking to start the game a pop up window states the following error " This program encountered an internal erroe and will exit. Error code: C7 Incompatible system. Please verify your system is compatible with this game" It's been working fine and only just started happening.

That's what I have now done, the new Radeon 17.4 don't work with the game, so I have gone back to 17.3.3 and the game is up and running again.

In order to help determine the cause of the issue can you attach a copy of your DxDiag log as per the steps in this link

Here is the DXDiag, the only thing I have done since the last time I played was update my graphic drivers to the latest version.

Thanks for advising what you have found it may help someone else, glad to hear you can play again.

Interesting that 17.4 was the issue, hopefully that will be sorted in another driver version again

Yeah, i good to get things sorted and was surprised that the new driver was at fault. It's not a special edition driver either so might just be too new for the game. oh well what ever at least it's done and I can go back to empowering the Empire.
