Likely way to fix this is by a few paths
- ensure you do not have a Chapter 1 active at the same time in your mission list.
- Select say chapter 7 , so it completely forgets chapter 8, then reselect chapter 8 again and see if that restores gault
How would I remove Chapter 1 in my mission list? I've tried to remove it and the option isn't available.
